Acceptance of Terms
By using Ghassat Car Rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ghassat Car Rental.
Rental Requirements
Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years (25 years for premium vehicles)
- Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years
- International driving permit for non-Moroccan licenses
- Valid passport or national ID
- Credit card in driver's name for security deposit
Documentation
- Original driver's license (no photocopies)
- Passport or national ID card
- International driving permit (if applicable)
- Credit card for security deposit and payment
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
Booking and Payment
Reservations
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person
- Reservations require valid credit card information
- Confirmation will be sent via email and SMS
- Vehicle is subject to availability at time of pickup
Payment Terms
- Full payment required at pickup unless prepaid online
- Security deposit required (varies by vehicle category)
- Security deposit will be returned within 7-14 days after rental
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit cards, debit cards
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
- Cancel up to 48 hours before pickup: Full refund
- Cancel 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Cancel less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show: No refund and full charge applies
Modification Policy
- Modifications subject to vehicle availability
- Price differences may apply for changes
- Vehicle upgrades available at additional cost
- Extension of rental requires prior approval
